Rudo Moric City Library
The project maps the identity of a small city library. Due to a long financial inanition it has became a museum of visuality from diferend eras (especially from the seventies). By means of photography I take three different views to observe this institution. First part is a romantic view of the institution. Photographs were printed as postcards from library. Second one is my personal subjective view. Photographs were processed into an author publictaion, a diary from the visit. Last one is taken with a wide angle lense, trying to make the most realistic record. The blac and white photographs were printed on a xerox machine in a form of annual report. The series are completed with a collection of shoe covers for visitors which are characteristic for the instituion.
