Mailbox
Mailbox design which should work in a modern and simpler interior of a residential house. Project paraphrases the stereotypical form of a postbox, basic metal box which can be freely manipulated and through multiplying new structures can be formed. "In public housing estates of the "Eastern bloc", letter boxes are condoned, often unaesthetic accessories in the staircases. Adding friskiness to this hardly popular object, Ivana Palečková magically turns it into an optic play, making it suitable for mounting in any direction and quantity — helping personalization of uniform staircases and making the jungles of prefabricated concrete buildings more liveable." — Budapest Design Week, 2016
