Posledné domy
We're turning ruins into homes. The project provides a solution to the depopulation of slovak rural regions. We see unused houses with historical value in the regions as potential. We sensitively renovate them and connect them with new tenants with a business idea. In this way, we actively and gradually contribute to the revival of the local economy and community.
The visual identity is based on the significant and unique visual identity of the houses. It works with the décor of the houses and transforms it into simple graphic elements to keep the visual communication fresh and modern. The system can be updated and expanded with new elements. A distinctive and contemporary font is also a supporting element of the identity. It has a subtly Art Nouveau, decorative character, but at the same time it also carries a bit of crudeness, handicraft and even village character. The color palette of the identity is based on the color palette of the facades of the houses.
